IP: Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Programme-specific rights, data rights, and permitted use are governed by the full Terms & Conditions.
Outputs and success stories: Early Access participants should expect to collaborate in good faith on a short white paper, case study, testimonial, and/or reasonable co-marketing where successful results are generated, subject to confidentiality, prior approval, and the full Terms & Conditions.
Standardisation pathway: Where there is sufficient demand and technical fit, customised formats developed through the programme may be incorporated into future standardised, QC-qualified consumable products that customers can order more routinely.
Support: StemBond will provide detailed product instructions and reasonable personal support as part of the programme.
